Best of 2019

2019 was a big year for the Johnson family! There were ups and downs, twists and turns, but it was definitely a year to remember.

We welcomed our first child to the world in March, we celebrated 1 year married in April, and together we photographed the most families I’ve ever had the privilege to serve. 31 total families trusted me to capture their memories, and I am SO grateful! With all of the laughs, smiles, and love that happened this year, we knew we had to showcase our top favorites from the year!! (Maybe you’ll end up on the list for 2020! 😉 )

Sweet little Bethany coming in at the top of my most favorite newborn photos ever.

The CUTEST One Year Photos!! I loved all the props that Tori brought for Tristan’s photos!

My absolute favorite maternity pictures.. I think these will be hard to beat. The light up on top of Petit Jean was absolutely DREAMY.

My last Christmas Tree Farm sessions for 2019! Natalie was absolutely adorable.

My favorite yearly customers. <3 The Kuipers are the sweetest and their kids are gems. I love getting to see them every year!!

That side grin, though. So. Cute. And those last few colors of Fall before every thing died!

When your clients use olive green as their main color scheme, you know it’s going to be beautiful. The Lankfords are a precious family and we love them so much!

Again, hard to beat my Petit Jean maternity session with Kennedy!

The emotion and closeness in this photo gives me all the feels…

Guys, the last time I got to photograph the Hightowers, this little guy wasn’t even in existence.

The Dayer’s always kill it with their color scheme for photos, and they’re always down to do whatever I ask them to do, even if it sounds crazy.

This pose right here became a must-have for all of my clients after this year

. Those blue eyes…. <3

Just so many adorable kiddos this year!! I could probably have made this entire blog post of just kids. But I figured that the adults needed some space, too. 😉
